I'm Sarah, welcome to my site! If you're here because you're through with being constantly stressed and overwhelmed with life, let me tell you that I can relate, and, more importantly, that I can HELP! Maybe you've looked around and seen that everyone around you also seems stressed and overwhelmed and you think there is no other way, so you've decided to come to terms with it. In that case, I am pleased to be able to tell you that life does NOT have to be this hard!

I am a licensed social worker (University of Maryland Baltimore) and Three Principles of Innate Health practitioner (Innate Wellbeing). I am also a mother of four. I spent years being chronically and paralyzingly stressed and overwhelmed. When my fourth child was a few months old, I discovered the Three Principles of Innate Health, and within three weeks or so, I could feel my life starting to change dramatically, and it continued as I learned and understood more. Stress was way down, anxiety was nearly eliminated, and that constant feeling of overwhlement was gone. What I accessed instead was a strong feeling of serenity, peace, and clarity.
